Notice of Sale of Surplus
Notice is hereby given that Destiny School will conduct a surplus equipment auction from Feb 14, 2018 to March 3, 2018, via the online website of the public surplus at www.publicsurplus.com. “All items are sold” AS IS, WHERE IS” and Destiny School and Public Surplus assume no liability for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by the items. Viewing of items are by appointment only. All items must be picked up within 10 days of auction close. Items include: buses, vehicles, trailers, exercise equipment and electronics. A.R.S. § 15-802(B) requires school districts and charter schools to obtain and maintain verifiable documentation of Arizona residency upon enrollment in an Arizona public school. This document is designed to assist school districts and charter schools in meeting the legal requirements of the statute.
If you have received notification from Destiny School that you need to provide proof of residency, please bring this in as soon as possible. Your student may be removed from class if we do not get this information.
