The National Foundation on Fitness and Sports Nutrition
The Foundation will work with the President’s Council on Physical Fitness, Sports and Nutrition and the private sector to help all Americans to get active, play sports and eat healthier.

We are making meals count and we want to help you do the same! Below are tools and resources that will help you to encourage physical activity and healthy eating habits in your home.
Become a role model. Encourage school aged children to get at least 60 minutes of moderate exercise on most days. Share meals with your kids. Sharing meals with children not only allows you to connect with your children about their day, but also provides a great opportunity to demonstrate and share healthy eating habits with your children. Encourage kids to eat more whole grains and serve a variety of fruits and vegetables.
